Our HR team is small but we are highly impactful. We work in a very fast moving and exciting environment, so we are looking for someone to join us that can take the pressure, enjoys changes and challenges. From one day to the next you will find yourself handling a variety of topics ranging from strategic to operational and being the bridge into our business therefore you will need to adapt quickly. We share the workload, support and care for each other and are the champions for our Adform DNA.

Main impact the team makes:

  • Runs the HR value chain smoothly, so we have a highly engaged and performing organization
  • Hires, grows and retains talent
  • Advocates and role model our Adform DNA

Your tasks:

  • Produce a 12-month people operational plan for your area that supports the HR Plan that enables delivery of Adforms strategic themes
  • Spar, influence, challenge and guide leaders on different aspects of people management, including talent management using data and insights
  • Contribute to different HR projects
  • Be a super user and strong ambassador for AdLife, our one stop hub for people related matters as we move to being a more data driven organization
  • Secure compliance to HR policies and data/processes in compliance with GDPR in close collaboration with People Operations
  • Identify and faciliate leadership development sessions in collaboration with L&D lead
  • Be fast to identify issues that may impact employee engagement and motivation and support local leadership in finding & implementing solutions
About You:
  • Solid professional HR business partner with at least 3-years of experience, at least 12 months working partnering global teams
  • Is able to demonstrate a strong HR tool box that you have used in a HR business partnering capacity to run the HR value chain smoothly
  • Experienced in working with dispersed teams
  • Adaptable to change and working in an evolving business context
  • Strong practical use of excel and powerpoint in everyday work
  • Ambitious to deliver results in a collaborative way
  • Quick learner with a high degree of common sense, resourcefulness and flexibility
