The Minsk-based Arteza team is currently seeking a highly-motivated R&D Specialist. This person will have an influence on the creation of new and upcoming Arteza products. You will have the opportunity to define, create, and manage product plans and their development. You will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing customer needs and wants on current art supplies and craft products

  • Leading and defining new product launching strategies and roadmaps

  • Analyzing and determining production costs

  • Collecting and understanding customer feedback on products

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional plans for new products

  • Search and communicate with suppliers about products and services

  • Control and ensure final product quality

  • Communicate with the Supply Chain team to plan shipments around the world.

You are the right fit for the position if you have:

Knowledge of:

  • English language (writing & speaking) intermediate level

  • Chinese language (basic or more) is a plus

  • Methods for market segment research and analysis

  • Understanding of competitive assessment is a plus

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Experience in logistic/procurement/tourism/international communication

  • Experience with Excel, OneDrive, Evernote/Trello/Jira, Slack/WeChat and other means of communication

  • Experience in creating partnerships with international suppliers is a plus

  • Educational studies in economics, logistics, business administration and/or tourism

  • Knowledge of cross-cultural communication is a plus

  • Proven Project Management experience is a plus

  • Ability to travel internationally for work
